Step one:
​
Download your app from the Appstore or Playstore to your smarthphone.

Open the app and click the button that says:
"Create Company Account"

Creating a Company
Step two:
​
Fill the information according to the Business Address. In case of being an online business provide the billing address.
​
Step three:
​
Create the USERNAME and PASSWORD of the admin (manager) of the software. The person assigned would be the one creating the timesheet reports.
​

Log-In as Admin
Step four:
​
Use the assigned USERNAME
and PASSWORD including Uppercase and lowercase.
​
Time Beagle will automatically identify the username and will take the manager to the business account.
The app will also automatically identify if the username is an Employee account.


One of the Game Changers of Time Beagle is that the app only accepts one Username ID included both manager and employee.

Step five:​

Check the amount of offices and employees in the company.
​
The balance is calculated automatically by calculating the amount of employees and the price per employee.
​

Step six:​
​
The amount of payment is due at the end of the month of service.
By clicking "Pay Now" businesses can pay through the app using PAYPAL.

Step seven:​

Now that your account has been set-up the admin need to create the following:
​
Buildings
​
Payment Periods
​
Employees Accounts
​
By clicking the mobile site the app will ask again for the username and password to log-in to the company database.

Checking your whole business


Now that your company has been setup it is time to be able to check the status of your business.
​
By going to "Check Buildings" on the employer action menu the app will take the employer to a window similar to this one.
​
Emp: column means the amount of employees assigned to the location
​
Chk: column that shows the amount of employees currently working at the office.
​
In the action bar, you have the option to go to the mobile site and to do modifications to the business information and employees.
​

Checking your employees per office
By going to "Check Employees" on the employer action menu the app will take the employer to a window similar to this one.

Chk Time: last time the employee checked-in
​
Location: column that shows if the employee is on the location at the time of check-in
​

Status: Active (if the employee still works for the business)
Enrollment Date: Date in which the employee opened his account for Time Beagle
​
Building: Assigned building to the employee.
​
