Register your company
You can set up your account either from the App or Online Software.
Step one: Register your company information
Step two: Log-In to your account with the username and password chosen.
Step three: Now that you logged in, there will be a menu bar on the top that has all the options for the managers to use.
To setup a business we need to first start with buildings
Step four: With the buildings set-up we need to add the employees that are going to be working on each building
Step five: in the table of employees, the manager can choose to change the information, change password and delete the user.
Step six: it is time to create the Payment Periods for the business. Time Beagle Director understands that every business has their own payment needs so it gives freedom to the business manager to create their own payment periods.
Step seven: you can have your own Period Id, and choose the initial date, the end date, and the payment date for the business.
Online Software
Reports and Logs
Business owners will have the access to check the company business and employees to see who is at work and at what time they logged in.
Editing Logs
Business owners and Admin have the freedom of editing the activity of their employees and have the access of reading the memos and comments from them
Check Employees
Management can be aware of the location of the employees when they checked with their phones.

The employer must ONLY choose ONE filter and the payment period.
Reports will be shown as below and scrolling down will show all the office employees
Getting the Reports
After fixing the logs and checking the employees' information is correct, the employer can get the reports of the payment period.

For record purposes, the employer can print the report of the whole office in seconds and get printed out as one employee per page.
